  1. I enjoy the program as well. I'd like for them to continue the conversation about "Relationships-SOUL TIES". Please continue to deal with that issue of sexual and spiritual transference. Thank you!

    2. When a person really thinks that the grass is greener on the other side and dwells on it.

    3. Soul ties can be a very powerful thing in a good or bad way. We can look at the life of King David and the crazy things that he did after the affair; thankful he got back in line. The list goes on and on; Solomon, Samson, Ananias and Sapphira. We have to be careful about who we connect with. Not allowing someone with the wrong spirit to damage us. Sex is more than sex; it's also a connection on the spirit level as well.

  2. I've been married for over 20 yrs. and I hate to admit it, but the thrill is GONE!! We're both saved, but WOW!!! It's like there's no effort in trying to rekindle any desire either! What's he thinking? Just because I'm saved, doesn't mean that I'm willing to be content with this DRY RELATIONSHIP!! HE JUST DOESN'T GET IT!! I'm not dead!! And ain't bad lookin either!! What do you all have to say about that??

    2. it sounds like to me that thr is way more going on with you than jus that weak statement abt the trill is gone. I dont believe that after twenty yrs of marriage your jus now finding out that the trill is gone. Lets be open and honest could it be that your starting to find out more abt yourself that you enjoy attention from other men, could it be that you have entertained some type of relationship with other men that you find quite entertaining, or could it be that you have a secret lover even tho your not sleeping with him but find his attention enjoyable. dont be a fool and allow your thoughts or someone to make you thk that marriage is solely on how you feel. for twenty yrs this man has come home to you and continues to acknowledge you as his wife. he might need a lession on rekindling relationship. but if you thk that giving him up for jus that then go right ahead because there is a girl by the name of (I NEED A MAN) waiting for that boring man that has made you his wife for twenty yrs waiting for you to be that silly. just my thoughts dont mean to offend anyone but this show is called church folks lets get real so plz lets do that.

    3. The trill does not have to be over. It only takes one to light a fire. Love is worth fighting for. I've learned to work for what I want. Maybe wearing something very sexy in the bedroom. Most men are stimulated by sight, so ask him what does he likes you to wear and the hair style that pleases him the most. Married over 28 years and she still turns me on! We shouldn't run a good cat off, someone else will want it.

  3. did you women know that most men even in the church have cheated on their wives if not physically surely mentally. In other words they have thought about another woman sexually besides you. Hmmmmm shocking I hope not because every ten minutes a sexual thought crosses the path of a man. Question to all. What keeps Him committed to you when he drifts in his mind. please dnt just say the HolySpirit because he doesnt always listen too the HolySpirit if so he wouldnt be entertaining those sexual thoughts, he would be casting them away. I have your answer later beut would luv to hear your thoughts ladies

  4. Most men do like sex in the prime of life. As a man I have to be careful about the thoughts I entertain. I've known women who have ran off that cheating man and ones who have keep them. It's a very hard spot, but God can heal the broken hearted. I believe the part that King David was the most alike in the character of God, was mercy. Mercy found it's way back to him many times over.
It's true, we have to please our mates; change things about hair and what we wear. Women like security, help a good man stay and or get back on track; too help prevent proverty in life and spirit. A wise old man told me once, that I should ask my wife what she likes and what pleases her.

  6. 10/4/2013 - Amen! You are so right Lady T! The church need to do more damage control when divorce is in the atmosphere amongst the saints. Unfortunately, I went thru a divorce and there was no ministry available in my church at that time to help me during that difficult season. By bein a saved Christian woman, a Mother, and a Minister of the Gospel and coping with the reality of a failed marriage was no walk in the park. I experienced a lot of different mixed emotions and at times thought I was going to loose my mind. If I had not stayed in the presence of God daily and trusted Him I never would have made it. Thank God for Jesus!!! To God be the Glory!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. Really enjoying the show. We need to be reminded of the necessity of being 'REAL' to be 'EFFECTIVE'!

  8. Lets talk about it: Why is it that the church dodges the topic of divorce?

    ReplyDelete
  9. Yes, I agree with the last writer. We don't talk about divorce and the effects that it has on the family. Those who get divorced in the church are often shunned, and stand in judgment of them, but who was there when they were secretly going through hell??

  10. That was really interesting what you were talking about "Submission". I'm anxious to hear the rest of the topic. Just didn't have enough time.

    1. Great question! How much say does a pastor have when it comes to people making day to day decisions? I've heard of some who want you to consult them about everything. Is that right?

  13. I have a question for you all. Oh! By the way I DO Very much e joy the show!!! What is a Christian To do when they are between a rock and hard place. What do you do when the eviction notices on the door and the lights in the grass are being cut off do you pay your tithes or your bills? And I am a firm believer in tithing but in these hard economic times, things happen! So what's a Christian believer to do?

    1. Great Question, what DO YOU DO? If I use my tithing to pay my bill so I won't get evicted, have I sinned? Would you say that I don't have any faith? What am I supposed to do when I do tithe instead of taking care of that bill and my lights and gas ARE cut off? Would God be pleased with that? What would Jesus Say?

  15. Unfortunately I have experienced and or witnessed a majority of the subjects in this comment section. So much goes on in the church sometimes it can be hard to deal with. When people are on one accord, it's good and the blessings flow. But when God has left the building, LEAVE. I don't care if you're a pillar of the church. For the sake of your soul and your sanity, it's time to go. Talking what I know, not what I heard. And to the poster above, take care of your home and pay your bills! If you are being taught to not takecare of your responsibilities when in that situation, I would question the true motives of that leader.

  16. Getting back on your subject of marriage and divorce, as a father, a man, a PASTOR, what would you tell your daughter if she came to you and told you she couldn't take it anymore being married to her husband. If she tells you he's abusive both physically and emotionally? WHAT WOULD YOU DO??

  17. I heard Lady Benson speaking a few weeks ago about a spirit of offense. What exactly does that mean? I know from experience that some of the greatest hurt is CHURCH HURT!! I'll be listening for you all to talk about it!

  18. What does the church teach about contraceptives? Keep it real!

  19. I heard you all talking about Preachers of LA. Well all I have to say is if its so upsetting to church folk, then why are they watching it? What's the difference between them doing a reality show and the other reality shows on TV? I will listen for your response.
